Start by laying out your pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cut your caramels into thirds! Place one piece on a pretzel, then top it with another pretzel to make a cute little sandwich.
Melt your candy melts using the defrost setting on your microwave (half power). I do 2 minutes, then 1-minute intervals, stirring in between until it's smooth.
Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted candy, then place it back on the parchment paper.
Sprinkle with patriotic sprinkles while the candy is still melty so they stick!
