Ingredients

  • 1 box of banana instant pudding 3.4 oz
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple with the juice
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip you can use whipped topping or homemade
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries halved, drained, and patted dry

Instructions

  • In a big mixing bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix, crushed pineapple with the juice, and Cool Whip until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Gently fold in the sliced bananas and those bright red cherries. Be gentle—you don’t want to mash the bananas!
  • Transfer to your favorite serving bowl, and if you're feeling extra, top it with a few more walnuts, chocolate chips, and a cherry or two on top.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
