Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and seasonings. Pat the pork chops dry and rub the seasoning mixture over both sides.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve and drizzle the leftover glaze from the pan over the pork chops.
