This Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad is made with tender shredded chicken, rotini pasta, crisp celery, cheddar cheese, and a bold buffalo ranch dressing. This cold pasta salad is perfect for potlucks, summer cookouts, meal prep, or an easy lunch the whole family will love.
Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions. (around 10 minutes to cook) drain and rinse the noodles under cold water once cooked. In a small bowl mix together the ranch and buffalo sauce.
To a large bowl, add the drained, cooled pasta, shredded chicken, celery, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, pepper and the buffalo ranch sauce. Toss together until well coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill if desired before serving.
