15extra small fully cooked shrimp(frozen, then thawed)
1tbspolive oil
1 ½tspchili powderdivided
2tsplime juicedivided
¼cupfinely shredded lettuce
¼cupmayonnaise

Instructions
Toss those shrimp in olive oil, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1 tsp lime juice until they’re all coated and ready to go. Heat up a skillet and cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Mix up a simple mayo sauce with the remaining chili powder and lime juice.
Arrange your phyllo cups on a platter, layer in some shredded lettuce, add a dollop of the mayo mixture, then top with a shrimp.
