Ingredients

  • 2 lb. baby potatoes
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage sliced into coins
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans of whole green beans, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 6 tbsp. butter

Instructions

  • Cut the baby potatoes in half for smaller potatoes or quartered for larger potatoes, you want them to be roughly the same size.
  • Layer those in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the sliced sausage over top.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning and cajun seasoning over top.
  • Add the broth.
  • Cut the butter into slices and layer over top.
  • Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8.
  • One hour before cook time is finished, add the green beans to the pot and allow those to cook while cooking finishes.
  • Stir to combine everything and serve.
