Dill Pickle Dip

This Dill Pickle Dip is a creamy, tangy appetizer made with chopped pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Perfect to serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles , diced
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, blend together your sour cream and cream cheese using a hand mixer. You want it smooth and creamy, so keep mixing until there are no lumps!
  • Grab those dill pickles and dice them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Add about three-quarters of your diced pickles to the cream mixture. Keep some back to sprinkle on top later (for that extra pickle-y punch!). Then, stir in the ranch seasoning until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Scoop the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle the remaining pickles on top.
