This Greek Pasta Salad is a fresh and easy pasta salad recipe made with tender pasta, crunchy cucumber, juicy cherry tomatoes, tangy Kalamata olives, and creamy feta cheese. Everything is tossed in a light olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.

300 g short pasta (rotini or penne)

cherry tomatoes
halved

large cucumber
diced

small red onion
thinly sliced
½
cup
kalamata olives

feta cheese
crumbled

olive oil

red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta in well-salted water according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool completely.
In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is well coated.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors blend nicely.
