Homestyle Chicken & Bacon Stack Sandwich

This Chicken Club Sandwich is a classic, layered with crispy bacon, fresh veggies, cheese, and tender chicken on toasted bread. It’s quick to make, super filling, and perfect for an easy lunch or a simple dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of white bread 1.5 for toasting, 1.5 for the sandwich
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices deli chicken breast
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tomato sliced

Instructions

  • Toast 1.5 slices of bread until golden and crispy.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted slice.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on each mayo-coated slice.
  • Add a slice of deli chicken on top of the lettuce.
  • Layer with cheese and two bacon slices.
  • Add tomato slices on top.
  • Finish with the remaining bread slices.
  • Gently press the sandwiches together and cut diagonally if you like.
