Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix, divided
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and finely diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ small red onion thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef until well combined. Remove from the heat.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and ¾ of the ranch seasoning mix.
  • Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the tops and bottoms together if possible. Place the bottom half of the buns on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread the seasoned ground beef evenly over the buns. Add the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and sliced red onion.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top, then place the top buns back on.
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ranch seasoning and chopped parsley. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the filling is hot and melty.
  • Let the sliders cool for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
