Keto Everything Bagel Cucumber Bites

Crisp cucumber slices topped with creamy everything bagel seasoning cream cheese. A quick, easy, and keto-friendly appetizer or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 2.5 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning, divided

Instructions

  • Rinse the cucumbers, then use the potato peeler to peel the cucumber, leaving a strip unpeeled between each peeled strip.
  • Add 2 tbsp of theEverything Bagel Seasoning to the cream cheese and stir to combine.
  • Fit a piping bag or ziplock bag with the 1M star piping tip, then add the cream cheese mixture.
  • Slice the cucumber into18 slices, and arrange flat onto a platter.
  • Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice, then top with a few additional sprinkles of Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
