Ingredients

  • ¼ lb ground beef
  • ¾ cup Lettuce
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 sliced red onion halved
  • 5 pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp Thousand island dressing
  • ½ tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a small skillet, breaking apart as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain any grease.
  • Chop the lettuce and the onion.
  • In a shallow bowl, layer the lettuce, ground beef, cheese, red onion, and pickles. Drizzle the dressing over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
