Ingredients

  • 18 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • 2 tablespoons green glitter edible sprinkles

Instructions

  • Start by adding the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Heat it in the microwave at 50 percent power (or defrost mode) for 2 minutes. Give it a good stir, then heat it for another minute on the same setting. Stir again and continue heating in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the sheet and smooth it out with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Scatter the Lucky Charms cereal over the top of the melted chocolate. Gently press down on the cereal with the palm of your hand so it sticks well. Next, sprinkle those fabulous green edible glitter sprinkles all over.
  • Allow the bark to dry for about 30 minutes. Once it’s fully set, break it into pieces.
