Ingredients

  • 1 pound pastrami, deli sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices Harvarti cheese (or any melty cheese you love)
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 2 cups prepared coleslaw

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to 300°F.
  • Butter the inside of each slider bun.
  • Place the buns on the grill, butter side down, and cook until golden brown.
  • Add the pastrami to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through and lightly browned.
  • Layer 1-2 slices of pastrami on each bun and top with a slice of cheese.
  • Drizzle French dressing over the cheese, then add a scoop of coleslaw.
  • Place the top bun on each slider and secure with a wooden skewer. Serve immediately.
