Preheat the grill to 300°F.
Butter the inside of each slider bun.
Place the buns on the grill, butter side down, and cook until golden brown.
Add the pastrami to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through and lightly browned.
Layer 1-2 slices of pastrami on each bun and top with a slice of cheese.
Drizzle French dressing over the cheese, then add a scoop of coleslaw.
Place the top bun on each slider and secure with a wooden skewer. Serve immediately.
