Start by placing the white chocolate bark in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Microwave for 45 seconds, then give it a good stir. Continue to heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Drop in a few splashes of orange food coloring and stir until you get that perfect pumpkin hue. If you’re mixing your colors, go for a ratio of 2 parts yellow to 1 part pink.
Now for the fun part! Dunk each pretzel into the orange chocolate, making sure it’s fully coated. Lay them out on a parchment-lined tray to dry.
While the orange chocolate sets, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in the same way you did the white chocolate. Once melted, stir in the pumpkin pie spice. This adds a warm, aromatic kick that’s quintessentially fall.
Drizzle the spiced chocolate over your dried pretzels. Let everything cool completely.
Serve and Enjoy!
