Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (15oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Grease your muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Top each muffin with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
