Savory-Sweet Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Cranberry and Turkey Stuffing Balls made with ground turkey, stuffing, and cranberries. Crispy outside, tender inside, and great for dipping or serving as a Thanksgiving or Christmas appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, egg, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt. Mix with your hands until everything is well combined.
  • Roll into golf ball–sized balls and place evenly on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  • Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
