This Sheet Pan Frittata is an easy baked egg dish made with fluffy eggs, melted cheese, crispy bacon, mushrooms, and simple seasonings, all cooked together in one pan. It is a simple, no-fuss breakfast great for brunch, meal prep, or feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms cut in half
  • ¼ cup bacon pieces
  • Sliced green onion to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut the mushrooms and green onions.
  • Line a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, overlapping the edges.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl, then pour into the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle it with cheese, then bacon pieces, and mushrooms.
  • Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle diced green onions over the top, slice and serve.
