Lay out 2 slices of bread and add Brie slices on top.
Place 2 slices of cooked bacon over the cheese.
Add a layer of thinly sliced apples.
Drizzle honey over the apples.
Top each with the remaining bread slices.
Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
Heat a panini press (or skillet) over medium heat.
Grill the sandwiches for 3–5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
Slice in half and serve warm.
