How to Make Apple, Brie, and Bacon Panini with Sweet Honey Drizzle

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1/2 wheel of Brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Butter for grilling

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Lay out 2 slices of bread and add Brie slices on top.

2. Add a layer of thinly sliced apples. Place 2 slices of cooked bacon over the cheese.

3. Drizzle honey over the bacon.

4. Top each with the remaining bread slices.

5. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.

6. Heat a panini press (or skillet) over medium heat.

7. Grill the sandwiches for 3–5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie is melted. Slice in half and serve warm.
