Bacon Wrapped Crackers
These bacon wrapped crackers are made with buttery club crackers topped with parmesan cheese and wrapped in bacon. An easy appetizer or snack for parties.

1/3
cup
parmesan cheese

slices
of bacon
cut in half
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top.
Cut each slice of bacon in half.
Line the crackers on a cutting board or tray. Top each cracker with a small amount of parmesan cheese.
Wrap one half slice of bacon around each cracker, placing the seam on the bottom.
Arrange the wrapped crackers on the wire cooling rack.
Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, until the bacon is crisped to your liking. We baked ours for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve.
