3. Cut each slice of bacon in half.

4. Line the crackers on a cutting board or tray. Top each cracker with a small amount of Parmesan cheese.

5. Wrap one half slice of bacon around each cracker, placing the seam on the bottom.

6. Arrange the wrapped crackers on the wire cooling rack.

7. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, until the bacon is crisped to your liking. We baked ours for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use a wire cooling rack on top of the baking sheet so the bacon crisps evenly and doesn’t sit in grease.
- Place the bacon seam side down to keep it from unwrapping while baking.
- Bake low and slow—the 250°F temperature helps the bacon cook evenly without burning the crackers.
- Cooking time may vary depending on bacon thickness. Start checking around 1½ hours and bake longer if needed.
- Let the crackers cool for 5–10 minutes before serving so they set and become crisp.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven at 300°F for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat to crisp again before serving.
