Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 green onion, diced (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Chop the mushrooms and dice the green onion.
