Breakfast Sausage Bombs

These Breakfast Sausage Bombs are warm, cheesy stuffed biscuits filled with savory sausage and fluffy scrambled eggs, then baked until golden brown. It's an easy breakfast recipe for weekend brunch, holiday breakfasts, or make-ahead breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 8 Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • ½ pound ground sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices quartered

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut each cheese slice into 4 small squares.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the grease.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then scramble them in a skillet over medium heat until almost fully cooked.
  • Flatten each biscuit and stretch it slightly larger. Add a piece of cheese, a spoonful of sausage, and a spoonful of scrambled eggs to the center. Top with another piece of cheese.
  • Pull the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch the seams closed tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
