Ingredients

  • 15 phyllo cups
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • ¼ cup apricot jam

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut your brie into small cubes—just enough to fit inside each little phyllo shell.
  • Set up your phyllo cups on the baking sheet. Pop a cube of brie into each one, then add a small spoonful of apricot jam right on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the brie is melted and bubbly.
