Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in spiral ham pre-cooked
  • 1 can pineapple slices with juice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Remove the ham from its packaging and place it in a casserole or baking dish.
  • Open the can of pineapple slices and tuck the slices between the cuts in the ham. Pour the pineapple juice over the ham as well.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the ham and pineapple. Adjust the amount of sugar if you prefer it sweeter or less sweet.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for about 1.5 hours. This helps the ham heat through and the flavors to blend.
  • Check on the ham a few times while it’s cooking and baste it with the juices from the pan to keep it moist.
  • If your ham came with a glaze packet, you can mix it with some pineapple juice and brush it over the ham during the last 15-20 minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
  • Once done, slice the ham and serve it with the pineapple slices.
