Ingredients

  • 6 celery sticks (cut into thirds to make 18 pieces)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped small
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Optional Toppings

  • Ranch dressing
  • Feta cheese crumbles
  • Extra hot sauce
  • Sliced green onions

Instructions

  • First things first—cut your celery stalks into thirds and set them aside.
  • In a big bowl, mash together the chicken and cream cheese with a fork. It doesn’t need to be perfect—just mixed and creamy.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second increments. Stir in the hot sauce.
  • Pour that spicy buttery goodness over the chicken mixture. Add the garlic and onion powders, and stir until everything is well coated.
  • Now spoon that delicious filling into the celery “boats.”
  • Top with whatever you love—ranch, feta, hot sauce, green onions… or all of the above!
