Ingredients
6 celery sticks (cut into thirds to make 18 pieces)
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped small
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce
3 tbsp. butter
Optional Toppings
Ranch dressing
Feta cheese crumbles
Extra hot sauce
Sliced green onions
Instructions
First things first—cut your celery stalks into thirds and set them aside.
In a big bowl, mash together the chicken and cream cheese with a fork. It doesn’t need to be perfect—just mixed and creamy.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second increments. Stir in the hot sauce.
Pour that spicy buttery goodness over the chicken mixture. Add the garlic and onion powders, and stir until everything is well coated.
Now spoon that delicious filling into the celery “boats.”
Top with whatever you love—ranch, feta, hot sauce, green onions… or all of the above!
