Ingredients
6
6-inch pieces of celery (about 3–4 stalks)
⅓
cup
peanut butter
creamy or crunchy
24
mini Ritz crackers
cheese-filled or peanut butter-filled
6
small cherry tomatoes
12
candy eyeballs
12
tiny celery pieces
for antennae
Instructions
Cut the celery into 6-inch pieces.
Cut an extra piece of celery into very small strips to make the antennae.
Lay the celery pieces flat, trimming the bottoms slightly if needed so they don’t roll.
Use a toothpick to poke two small holes in each cherry tomato and insert the tiny celery antennae.
Fill each celery stick with peanut butter. Using a piping bag makes this step quicker and less messy.
Add a tiny bit of peanut butter to the back of each candy eyeball and stick them onto the tomatoes.
Place the tomato “head” on one end of the celery stick, then line up 4 mini crackers along the body.
