Ingredients

  • 6 6-inch pieces of celery (about 3–4 stalks)
  • cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 24 mini Ritz crackers cheese-filled or peanut butter-filled
  • 6 small cherry tomatoes
  • 12 candy eyeballs
  • 12 tiny celery pieces for antennae

Instructions

  • Cut the celery into 6-inch pieces.
  • Cut an extra piece of celery into very small strips to make the antennae.
  • Lay the celery pieces flat, trimming the bottoms slightly if needed so they don’t roll.
  • Use a toothpick to poke two small holes in each cherry tomato and insert the tiny celery antennae.
  • Fill each celery stick with peanut butter. Using a piping bag makes this step quicker and less messy.
  • Add a tiny bit of peanut butter to the back of each candy eyeball and stick them onto the tomatoes.
  • Place the tomato “head” on one end of the celery stick, then line up 4 mini crackers along the body.
