How to Make Celery Caterpillar Snacks
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Cut the celery into 6-inch pieces.

2. Cut an extra piece of celery into very small strips to make the antennae.

3. Lay the celery pieces flat, trimming the bottoms slightly if needed so they don’t roll.
4. Fill each celery stick with peanut butter. Using a piping bag makes this step quicker and less messy.

5. Add a tiny bit of peanut butter to the back of each candy eyeball and stick them onto the tomatoes.

6. Use a toothpick to poke two small holes in each cherry tomato and insert the tiny celery antennae.

7. Place the tomato “head” on one end of the celery stick, then line up 4 mini crackers along the body.

Serve & Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Cut your celery pieces the same size so they sit flat and don’t tip over when you add the toppings.
- If your peanut butter is too thick, microwave it for a few seconds to make spreading (or piping) much easier.
- If you don’t have a piping bag, you can just use a zip-top bag and snip the corner.
- After washing, pat the celery dry so the peanut butter sticks better and doesn’t slide off.
- Assemble right before serving: These are best made fresh so the crackers stay crunchy and the celery stays crisp.
- You can change peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or cream cheese if needed.
- If you have leftover ingredients, serve them deconstructed as a snack tray.
