Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the onion soup mix and water; cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the beef mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into a large cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
While baking, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Once the dip is done, top with pickles, tomato, bacon, shredded lettuce, and sesame seeds. Drizzle with burger sauce before serving.
