Cheeseburger Dip

This Cheeseburger Dip is a warm and cheesy appetizer that tastes just like a classic cheeseburger. Made with seasoned ground beef, cream cheese, melted cheddar, and topped with pickles, lettuce, tomato, and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 oz 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 tbsp water
  • cup pickles chopped
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

For the Sauce

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in the onion soup mix and water; cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the beef mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture into a large cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  • While baking, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Once the dip is done, top with pickles, tomato, bacon, shredded lettuce, and sesame seeds. Drizzle with burger sauce before serving.
