Cherry Cheesecake Crescent Pastries

These Cherry Cheesecake Crescent Pastries are made with a crescent roll base is topped with a homemade cheesecake mixture and cherry pie filling. It works well for brunch, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz package crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ⅓ cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the cream cheese,sugar, and vanilla together in a small bowl.
  • Lay the crescent sheetout on your baking sheet, and cut into 8 equal squares. Push the seams together.
  • Add a dollop of creamcheese mixture to the center of each crescent square.
  • Fold each corner of thecrescent squares in, then pinch slightly where they meet in the middle.
  • Add 2 cherries, and a bit of the cherry gel to the center of each, atop the cheesecake filling.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crescents are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
