Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl.

3. Lay the crescent sheet out on your baking sheet, and cut it into 8 equal squares. Push the seams together.

4. Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture to the center of each crescent square.

5. Fold each corner of the crescent squares in, then pinch slightly where they meet in the middle.

6. Add 2 cherries and a bit of the cherry gel to the center of each, atop the cheesecake filling.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crescents are golden.

8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use softened cream cheese – This ensures the filling mixes smoothly and spreads easily on the crescent rolls.
- Make sure the crescent roll seams are sealed well so the filling doesn’t leak during baking.
- Don’t overfill – A small dollop of cream cheese and 2 cherries per pastry is enough; too much filling can spill out.
- Watch the baking time – Bake until golden brown. Ovens vary, so keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
- You can prepare the pastries up to folding them, then cover and refrigerate them. Bake fresh before serving.
- You can try using other fruit fillings like blueberry, raspberry, or apple pie filling for a different twist.
