Ingredients

  • 3 dried apricots
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped nuts
  • 25 slices of salami
  • 9 mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 oz hard cheese (plus a cookie cutter for stars and snowflakes)
  • 1 oz Dorblu (blue cheese)
  • 3 chocolate Christmas figurines
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 tangerine slices
  • A handful of cranberries
  • 3 large-diameter pretzels
  • 21 small crackers
  • 3 mini chili peppers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • Honey or syrup for dusting

Instructions

  • Start by using your cookie cutter to create stars and snowflakes out of hard cheese.
  • Next, build the mozzarella snowmen. Simply skewer three mini mozzarella balls on a toothpick.
  • Make salami roses. Fold two salami circles into quarters and tuck them into each other. Cut the rest of the salami slices in half and wrap them around the core to form a delicate rose.
  • Stuff the Apricots. If your dried apricots are firm, soak them in water for a bit to soften them up. Once softened (or if you already have soft apricots), stuff them with cream cheese and roll them in chopped nuts.
  • Use a plastic brownie wrapper to create a base. Start by placing a large pretzel at the bottom.
  • In the center of the pretzel, nestle your stunning salami rose. Tuck in the crackers, and make sure everything is packed snugly.
  • Add your rosemary sprig and apricot bites, then place your mozzarella snowman on top of the molded cheese.
  • Arrange tangerine slices, hard cheese snowflakes, chocolate figurines, and cranberries around the board.
  • Sprinkle everything with a dusting of white coconut shavings to give your board a frosty, winter wonderland effect.
  • Lightly brush the top of your dome lid with honey or syrup, and sprinkle it with coconut shavings.
  • Pop the dome on top, serve and enjoy!
