How to Make Charcuterie Snowglobes
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start by using your cookie cutter to create stars and snowflakes out of hard cheese. These will add that magical snowglobe feel!
2. Next, build the mozzarella snowmen. Simply skewer three mini mozzarella balls on a toothpick.

3. Make salami roses. Fold two salami circles into quarters and tuck them into each other. Cut the rest of the salami slices in half and wrap them around the core to form a delicate rose.

4. Stuff the Apricots. If your dried apricots are firm, soak them in water for a bit to soften them up. Once softened (or if you already have soft apricots), stuff them with cream cheese and roll them in chopped nuts.

5. Use a plastic brownie wrapper to create a base. Start by placing a large pretzel at the bottom.
6. In the center of the pretzel, nestle your stunning salami rose. Tuck in the crackers, and make sure everything is packed snugly.
7. Add your rosemary sprig and apricot bites, then place your mozzarella snowman on top of the molded cheese.

8. Arrange tangerine slices, hard cheese snowflakes, chocolate figurines, and cranberries around the board.

9. Sprinkle everything with a dusting of white coconut shavings to give your board a frosty, winter wonderland effect.

10. Lightly brush the top of your dome lid with honey or syrup, and sprinkle it with coconut shavings.

11. Pop the dome on top.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use small cookie cutters for the hard cheese so your stars and snowflakes look neat. If the cheese is crumbly, chill it first to make cutting easier.
- Skewer gently the cheese balls so they don’t split. You can use tiny peppercorns or sesame seeds for eyes if you want extra detail.
- Sliced salami thinly for easy folding. If the slices are thick, they won’t form as neatly.
- If your dried apricots are firm, soaking them in a little warm water will soften them and make them easier to stuff.
- Pack everything snugly inside the snowglobe so it doesn’t shift when you place the dome on top.
- These are best assembled the day you plan to serve them, but you can prep the ingredients (like cheese shapes, apricot bites, and salami roses) a day ahead.
