In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one puff pastry sheet into a large triangle and place it on the prepared baking sheet — this will be the base of the tree.
Spread the spinach dip evenly over the triangle.
Roll out the second puff pastry sheet, cut it into another large triangle, and lay it on top. Trim to match the bottom layer.
Using a sharp knife, cut horizontal slits on each side, leaving the center intact for the “trunk.” Twist each strip a few times to create spiraled “branches.”
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the pastry.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
