Ingredients

For the Spinach Dip

  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Christmas Tree

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out one puff pastry sheet into a large triangle and place it on the prepared baking sheet — this will be the base of the tree.
  • Spread the spinach dip evenly over the triangle.
  • Roll out the second puff pastry sheet, cut it into another large triangle, and lay it on top. Trim to match the bottom layer.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut horizontal slits on each side, leaving the center intact for the “trunk.” Twist each strip a few times to create spiraled “branches.”
  • In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the pastry.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
