Cookie Monster Cake Mix Cookies
These Cookie Monster Cake Mix Cookies are soft, chewy, and studded with fun cookie pieces to resemble the beloved blue monster. Made with a vanilla cake mix, blue food coloring, and topped with Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and white chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 13.25 oz Vanilla cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 5 drops blue food coloring
- 10 Oreo cookies, broken into small pieces
- 10 Chips Ahoy cookies, broken into small pieces
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To a large bowl, add the cake mix, eggs, oil, and food coloring. Stir well until a dough has formed.
- Now you will need to set aside 32 of each: Oreo cookie pieces, Chips Ahoy pieces, and white chocolate chips. Add whatever of those are left into the dough, and stir to combine.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop scoops of dough onto the cookie sheet, 3 inches apart.
- Gently press one piece of each (Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and white chocolate chip) into the top of each cookie.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 9-10 minutes, or until cookies are done.
- Remove from the oven, and set the cookie sheet on a cooling rack for 2 minutes, then transfer cookies to the cooling rack.
