Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. To a large bowl, add the cake mix, eggs, oil, and food coloring. Stir well until a dough has formed.

3. Now you will need to set aside 32 of each: Oreo cookie pieces, Chips Ahoy pieces, and white chocolate chips. Add whatever of those are left into the dough, and stir to combine.

4. Using a cookie scoop, drop scoops of dough onto the cookie sheet, 3 inches apart.

5. Gently press one piece of each (Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and white chocolate chip) into the top of each cookie.

6. Transfer the baking sheet to the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 9-10 minutes, or until cookies are done.
7. Remove from the oven, and set the cookie sheet on a cooling rack for 2 minutes, then transfer cookies to the cooling rack.

Important Recipe Notes
- Use a cookie scoop to make evenly sized cookies for consistent baking.
- Don’t overmix the dough after adding the cookie pieces to keep the cookies soft and chewy.
- Press the Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and white chocolate pieces gently into the dough—don’t push too hard or the cookies may spread unevenly.
- Bake on the middle rack for even cooking and to prevent the bottoms from browning too much.
- Let cookies cool for a couple of minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to prevent breaking.
- Blue food coloring can be adjusted depending on how bright you want your Cookie Monster cookies.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
