Cookie Monster Popcorn Balls
These Cookie Monster Popcorn Balls are made with popped popcorn, melted marshmallows, butter, and blue syrup, then mixed with mini Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies.

Ingredients
- 9 cups popped popcorn
- ΒΌ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 drops blue food coloring
- 3 tbsp butter
- 10.5 oz bag marshmallows
- 1 cup mini oreos
- 1 cup mini chips ahoy, slightly broken
- 24 candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Heat sugar and water over medium high heat, until it turns into a clear syrup and sugar has dissolved, stirring often. Add food coloring and stir until a solid color has formed.
- Pour over popcorn in a large bowl and mix it until all of the popcorn is coated.
- Add the cookie into the bowl.
- Melt butter over low heat, then add marshmallows, and continue cooking until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour over popcorn and cookies. Mix well, and using gloves, form into 12 balls.
- Add 2 candy eyeballs to each cookie.
