These Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect bite-sized appetizer for parties, holidays, and family gatherings. Made with tender Baby Bella mushrooms filled with a creamy mixture of crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 oz can white crab meat drained
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green onion diced
  • ΒΌ cup shredded parmesan cheese divided
  • 2 tbsp italian breadcrumbs
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Dice the green onions.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove the stems from mushrooms.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, garlic, worcestershire sauce, green onion, breadcrumbs, and half the Parmesan.
  • Stuff the mixture into the mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle with more Parmesan and chopped parsley.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
