Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, warm the cream cheese until it begins to melt.
Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
Add the shredded chicken, bacon bits, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the crack chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
Place the tops of the rolls over the cheese layer.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are lightly golden.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and brush it over the tops of the sliders.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and extra green onions before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy.
