Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup green onion thinly sliced, plus extra for topping
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, warm the cream cheese until it begins to melt.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the shredded chicken, bacon bits, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the crack chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  • Place the tops of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are lightly golden.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and brush it over the tops of the sliders.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and extra green onions before serving.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.
