Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 oz (1 packet) taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 9.5 oz (1 bag) Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup canned black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup canned corn rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 7–10 minutes until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water. Mix well and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • To assemble, layer Doritos at the bottom of each bowl.
  • Top with one-third of the beef, cheese, beans, corn, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  • Add optional toppings like guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately to keep the chips crispy.
