  • 1 cup canned corn, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 7–10 minutes until browned. Drain any excess grease.

2. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Mix well and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. To assemble, layer Doritos at the bottom of each bowl.
