Easy FunFetti Cheesecake Bites
These Funfetti Cheesecake Bites are colorful and creamy sweet treats that are easy to make and ready in just 20 minutes! No baking required, just prep and chill.

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package of Cream Cheese
- ½ a stick of Butter (soft)
- 2 cups of Funfetti Cake Mix
- ½ a cup of Powdered Sugar
- ¾ cup of Rainbow Sprinkles
- Additional Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Start by adding your cream cheese, butter, cake mix, and powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl. You can add additional sprinkles if you wish, about a ½ cup, or just use what is in the cake mix.
- Mix on high until well combined. This takes a few minutes. It becomes crumbly before becoming smooth. Place in the fridge for an hour.
- Use your cookie dough scoop to remove even amounts of dough. Roll into balls.
- Immediately roll in your rainbow sprinkles and place back in the fridge until serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
