Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. salami
  • 1 smoked chicken breast
  • 3 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2 figs
  • 1 large peach
  • 2 small bunches of grapes
  • 1 brie cheese
  • 4 cheese cookies
  • 5-6 mini puff pastries
  • 1/3 cup mini mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cubed hard cheese
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. blueberry jam
  • 1/3 cup almonds

Instructions

  • Start by unwrapping the brie cheese. To make it fall-themed, cut out a maple leaf shape from the cheese. If you don’t have a cookie cutter, you can use a real maple leaf as a stencil. Just wash it, trace its outline onto the cheese, and carefully cut out the shape with a knife.
  • Fold the salami slices in half and pair them up. Arrange these pairs into a flower shape, wrapping the outer slices around the center to form roses.
  • Lace the blueberries into a paper muffin cup and set it on the tray. Gently place the brie leaf cutout on top of the blueberries, then return the crust to the cheese and fill the recess with blueberry jam.
  • Arrange the salami roses and sliced chicken breast on the board. Scatter the cheeses, including mini mozzarella and cubed hard cheese, in a compact yet random pattern. Slice the peach and place the pieces along the edge of the board. Nestle the cherry tomatoes and fig halves around the peach.
  • Place the cheese cookies and mini puff pastries strategically around the board. Fill in the gaps with almonds and place grapes in unexpected spots for a pop of color and texture.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
