Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12-ounce package miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Then, add the brown sugar and vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture onto a long piece of plastic wrap. Fold one end over and use it to help shape the mixture into a football shape—no messy hands required!
  • Transfer your football to the fridge and let it chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight if you’re prepping ahead). This helps it firm up so it holds its shape.
  • Before serving, coat your football in miniature chocolate chips. I like to sprinkle a layer of chips on a large plate, place the cheeseball on top, then press more chips all around until it’s completely covered.
  • Take your white chocolate chips and arrange them on top to create football laces. This little detail makes it extra festive!
  • Serve and Enjoy!
