Fresh Cucumber Sandwiches
These Cucumber Sandwiches are soft, creamy, made with crisp cucumber slices, smooth cream cheese, ranch spread, and mini cocktail bread. Great for serving at brunch, showers, or small gatherings.

cream cheese
softened

mayonnaise

packet ranch seasoning

English cucumber
1
tsp
dill weed

loaf mini cocktail bread
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and dill weed until smooth and well combined.
Wash and thinly slice the English cucumber.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each slice of cocktail bread.
Add a few thin cucumber slices on top of the spread.
Top with another slice of bread if making them as full sandwiches, or leave open-faced if preferred.
Arrange on a tray and chill until ready to serve.
