Ingredients

  • 24 oz peanuts unsalted; salted peanuts works as well
  • 6 squares Almond Bark
  • 20 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers
  • 5 drops green food gel (neon green or bright green)
  • 5 oz small marshmallows (half a bag)
  • Christmas sprinkles for topping
  • Red heart sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  • Pour the peanuts into your crockpot and set it to low. This step is foolproof—just toss them in and forget about them while you prep your chocolate.
  • Add the almond bark squares and Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers on top of the peanuts. Cover and let the magic happen. In about 30 minutes, you’ll have a gooey, melty masterpiece waiting for you. Give it a good stir to make sure everything is perfectly blended.
  • Now for the fun part—add 5 drops of neon or bright green food gel. Stir it in until the mixture looks like it came straight out of Whoville.
  • Turn off the heat and fold in the marshmallows. These little pillows of sweetness add the perfect pop of texture.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This is where the clusters take shape. Top each one with festive sprinkles and a red candy heart. Gently press the toppings into the gooey mix so they stay put.
  • Let the clusters set until they’re firm to the touch. (If you’re in a hurry, pop them into the fridge for a quick chill.)
