This Crescent Roll Taco Bake is a quick and family-friendly dinner that combines all the cheesy, savory flavors of tacos in an easy casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef browned
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 8-ounce roll crescent rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Your favorite taco toppings sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a skillet, combine the browned ground beef, taco seasoning, and salsa. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, spreading to the edges and pinching seams together.
  • Pour the beef mixture evenly over the crescent sheet.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until crescent edges are golden brown.
  • Slice into squares and serve with your favorite taco toppings.
