This recipe has quickly become a favorite in our house because it’s budget-friendly, filling, and you can customize it with everyone’s favorite toppings. It uses all the ingredients you surely have on hand, and is ready in no time!

How to Make Ground Beef Crescent Roll Taco Bake

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 (8-ounce) roll crescent rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Your favorite taco toppings (sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, etc.)

Step by Step Guide

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

2. In a skillet, combine the browned ground beef, taco seasoning, and salsa. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.

3. Unroll the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, spreading to the edges and pinching seams together.

4. Pour the beef mixture evenly over the crescent sheet.

5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

6. Bake 20–25 minutes, until crescent edges are golden brown.
