Hissy Fit Dip

This Hissy Fit Dip is a warm, cheesy sausage dip made with savory sausage, melty Velveeta, muenster cheese, sour cream, and simple seasonings. It is the perfect easy appetizer for game days, holiday gatherings, potlucks, or casual family nights. Serve it hot with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese shredded or cut into small cubes
  • 4 oz. muenster cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray a 9x9 square dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage, crumbling, until browned. Drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, Velveeta, muenster, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and dried parsley. Mix to combine.
  • Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish, and spread out evenly.
  • Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. The dip will be bubbly and beginning to brown on top.
  • Serve warm with chips or crackers.
